The project started in 2020, initial projects are from Shanghai and Langfang as pilot projects. After the project was formally accepted by customers, the project was rolled out to other Nippon Paint plants. Most of the maintenance functionalities are deployed and configured: asset management, corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, lubrication round, inspection round, maintenance reports etc. especially the interface with SAP for maintenance stock is also made working.
